We might all be on lockdown (again!) here in the UK, but at Timetastic we're thinking about a different kind of lockdown: how we can help you keep your Timetastic account safe and secure 🔒.

So in today's release we introduce two-factor authentication, using your favourite authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Authy, etc. You're probably already using 2FA with many of your other software apps.

You can set up 2FA on a new page: Sign in & Security, which you can find under your profile menu:

This page now gives you a single location to:

• Change your password
• Set up 2FA and manage your recovery codes
• View your sign in logs

Timetastic Pro

Timetastic Pro users get the additional option to enforce Company-wide 2FA. You'll find this option under SETTINGS > SECURITY:

Other changes

Fix The Excel backup report had user allowances misaligned in the columns, that's now fixed

Improvement We've improved the auto column widths in all excel downloads to accomodate the filter checkboxes now.
