We've just released a big new feature that we've wanted to do for a while: Accrued Leave 🎉

This is a pro feature and means a user can only book some time off if they have accrued enough leave.

It's a user level setting, so you can have a mixture of users that accrue and others that don't

We've just rolled out a lovely new feature for capping leave types.

With this, you can set a limit on how many days or hours of a leave type your users can take in a year:

You can apply this to any type of leave, whether it affects allowances or not. 

And if you want to keep it flexible, just set the limit to "Unlimited" and a user can book as much of that leave as their allowance allows.

We've pushed a brand new API endpoint for getting users with contact details if you're a Pro user.  The API docs are here: https://timetastic.co.uk/api/#get-a-user-amp-contact-details

Alongisde that there's some fixes for people signing up hitting a rate limit and some stability fixes for our emailer.

We've updated the summary calculation on the Ingishts page (see: https://help.timetastic.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360015708817 if you don't know about it) to calculate allowances taking carry forward and TOIL adjustments into account.

In Settings >Billing you've now got a "Plan Selector" to pick your plan: 

Want to try out Pro and see what it's all about? Go ahead - no pro rated bills, no faff, just upgrade and we'll bill you the new price when you next get billed. Simple 👍

Downgrade before your bill date and you won't be charged (but all your Pro features will be disabled and downgraded 👋). 

So if it's Teams, SSO, HR Fields, The Burnout Board or just email digests to the whole company you want, now you can get them with a click or two. 

For our Pro users, the Burnout Board is shining a light on those people who aren't taking time off and might be overworking. But leaving it down to ad-hoc logging in and checking is pretty weak.

So, The Fire Wire is your quarterly update from the Burnout Board.

It's sent to both admin users and department bosses (for their department).

If nobody's on your burnout board that's great news, we won't send anything.
