We've sorted an issue where in some cases Slack DMs wouldn't work for leave requests. If you're not seeing them show up - remove and re-add your Slack integration and they will start working again.

A raft of fixes, tweaks and refinements in this release.
Improvement
- Magic login links have been replaced with 6 digit login codes. Codes are just as secure but more reliable than placing links in the body of an email.
- The reports page now has a dropdown for selecting your annual summary reports
Pro
We've tuned the Burnout Board algorithm to exclude anyone that's currently absent. So someone on long term leave e.g. maternity won't show as a burnout risk.
Fix
1) We fixed an issue with recent transactions where some history wouldn't show up for bookings created a long time ago but updated recently.
2) Any integrations you had set up (Slack, Teams) would switch to "all departments" if you deleted the department they were set up against. Now we'll delete those integrations when the department gets deleted too.
3) We fixed an issue with birthday reminders where they wouldn't go out sometimes.
Today we've dropped support for Internet Explorer. If you're using IE with Timetastic. Now is the time to use Firefox, Brave, Safari, Chrome or Edge instead.
This change will allow us to deliver better features faster and more reliably while shrinking the amount of code we have to send down to everyone. The case for IE has been made by people better than I can explain here, so I'll defer to those posts for more detail:
Good morning.
Following the last release, it looks like some of you were struggling to download reports. This turned out to be a small issue in our cache-busting logic that meant that your browsers were still serving up old versions of some of the code that powers the app.
This small issue has been dealt with now, and we're once again fully operational with reports. Phew. Sorry.
This one is exclusively for our Pro beta testers - downloading the backup report would show the headers for the extra HR fields but not the data.
So now, the data is included too.
800 mince pies a day isn't slowing us down just yet. Just a quick fix to the Birthday Reminder emails which had a bit of stray HTML appear for some users.
We identified some errors in the logs where older invoices couldn't be downloaded by some users. After some investigation we narrowed this down to a 3rd party updating their API without notice.
Sorry about that if you had issues, it's all sorted now and you can download old invoices again 😀
We've improved the summary emails to tell you more about the type of summary you're getting so you'll see the department name.
If you're a pro user you'll see whether the summary is for the whole organisation, or people you manage too.
We've also rounded up some fixes to the allowance setting of a new user and made sending weekly summary emails more reliable in some edge case scenarios.
Hi Everyone,
This only applies to roughly 3% of our sessions but we're giving you as much notice as we can.
Internet Explorer support in Timetastic is coming to an end in February 2021.
This specifically applies to IE11 as that's the only version we currently support. If you're using IE11 with Timetastic this will affect you.
If you're using any version of IE you'll see a banner in Timetastic warning you about this support ending. From February 2021 (or in fact, today) we'd strongly advise using a modern browser.
Hello everyone!
It's a mobile update release. ☎️ 🤙
Looks like we've had some issues with the mobile app recently - specifically things like the login link, and resetting passwords haven't been behaving properly.
This release sorts all that. Best of all it's a server-side fix so no-one needs to go and update their app - hooray!
